Call your service provider. If it is Sprint, we can walk you through accessing the unlock code on most phones. I always recommend trying the last four of the phone number or 0000. Hope this helps!

try this: Here is the procedure to reset the parental lock code:
1. Bring up a screen where the unit asks you to enter in the
parental code. You can either insert a restricted disc, or enter the
DVD setup menu and go to "parental control" under custom setup.
2. When the screen asks for the code, press the SELECT button, then enter in the code "7444".
3. The level adjustment under Parental Control dictates the strictness
of the player. The lower the value, the more strict it will be. Either
increase the value to lower the restriction, or disable the lock
entirely by setting it to "off".
4. Once you have made your adjustments, be sure that the DVD tray is
empty, and press the RESET button on the front of the Playstation 2. It
is imperative the tray is clear of any DVD or game for the unit to save
your settings.
There is no master pass code, but there is a code to reset the parental settings. It's important to note that 7444 is NOT the password. You have to hit SELECT when asked for the password. That is where you enter 7444 to clear the code.

Under the main menu, go to the Parent tab and enter the Master Password: 4357. This will completely clear the present password. You can enter a new one afterward.
Go to "Settings" and highlight the "Parental Control"
option. Press X, Y, L, X, at the passcode
screen to reset the parental control setting to the default value.
Hey Aurora,
After you put your password in, go back and change the password using blanks spaces. Then it should reset to 'parental control off'. Let me know if this works. Some Sanyo models are different to reset.
