I have a zanussi zwd14715 washer dryer, it turns on fine, i can select the relevant programme etc, but when i press the start button nothing happens, the time stays up,the programme doesnt start,and the door doesnt lock.
we did have the e2o code, but unblocked from the hose at the bottom and its not working since

Initially check the filter on your washing machine and clean if necessary, your manual should detail this procedure. If your machine will not start or complete the programme, check:
The plug, the socket and the switch, if necessary, with another appliance.
The fuse in the plug.
That the door is closed.
That a programme is accurately selected.
If water will not enter, check:
The hot and cold hoses are correctly connected to the relevant caps and that these are turned on.
That a suitable programme has been selected.
If water will not drain, check:
That the outlet hose is not kinked or raised more than 40
the water should only be filling up to approc 2in above the drum bottom...........look inside when its filling..........if its filling to nearly the bottom of the door you either have a faulty pressure switch or grit/dirt in the internal filter.......as a result the machine will not spin if there is too much weight in the drum
Close your faucet valve & unscrew your hoses to check screens on hoses & machine. Clean out well. Water from faucet shd be in good pressure. Refit, check for leaks. If this is not the problem change your inlet valve, it is easily done.
The error message "Err" usually indicates that the wash program and option are not compatible. 40 degrees and 900 rpm Spin should be o.k.. I would try another wash program with no special options and see if the problem goes away.
