Here is the verbage for the error code at this link
http://printcopy.info/?l=en&mod=erc&brand=Toshiba&model=e-Studio%202006&code=C413

In the interim you may try the following one time to see if it is a false error... Hold "0" and "8" while turning on machine.....continue holding until machine enters service mode. Enter "400" press enter. Enter "0" press enter. Power off / on. If code returns, machine needs parts replaced. Contact your Toshiba technician (there should be an 800 number label on the unit for service. Do Not keep resetting, may cause damage to Fuser Unit.

Test mode D comes up in toshiba e studio 207 by pressing 0 and 8 button during power on the machine a test mode D comes up so what I do ?

Practically you can exit by pressing 0&9 together and it will come to ready mode. You will see this kind of display only when you want to enter the service mode, now you will have to enter a value eg., if your machine gives error c44, then you can go to service mode and then enter 400 to reset the error.

How to reset maintenance drum in toshiba e studio 200?? Please reply quickly.

You can use the Toshiba e-studio 160/200 service manual for this machine,
Enter 08 Service mode and:
check these addresses
340 Drum counter end setting. Drum Life:160 and 200 are 27,000 copies.
250 is 33,000 copies. If set to 0:Nothing displays.
673 Resetting drum related counters (08/355 and 08/401) works only if 08/869 is set to 1=SRU, if set to 0 is=CRU.
SRU: Service Replaceable Unit.
CRU: Customer Replaceable Unit.

Toshiba e-studio 230 call for service

Call a Service tech
Have him reset yor Counter AFTER he over checks your copier and inspects the Drum,.Transer Unit, and Fuser Unit chances are the previous tech may not have reset the counter
but call for Service to verify those parts are good first ok. I would not want a counter reset to occur if a fuser unit is bad or something. At that low copies it maybe time for corona's to be replaced.
