Hello - I understand the lights are blinking; however will the display illuminate or allow you to program a setting? If it will not allow you to do so, try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household breaker off. Wait approximately two minutes and turn on the dryer. Select a normal cycle and if it is ineffective contact a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly have a defective cord or wiring, control board or door switch.

SOURCE: crosley gas dryer

the pilot should be located in close proximety to the main burner. the ignition may be one of two devices - an electronic spark type ignition or what is called a hot rail glo-bar. the flame detector has a millivolt generator which generates a 750 millivolt current after it detects the pilot flame and gives a signal to the main valve to open.
