1) replace batteries and clean contacs with c.cleaner, tight the connector very well
2) tight the ribbon cables, clean it, and tight the plug or connector from display board vs lower board, see the b. diagram
3) adjust the REED switch, clean it, and tight the plug well.
God bless you

SOURCE: reebok i run treadmill stops working after 10 mins

If everything still works but no belt movement, you motor controller is more than likely shot. If replacing you want to also pay attention to the deck and belt. Sence it sut down while running, it sound it an over heating problem which is usually caused from too much friction between the walking belt and the deck(the board under it) May require lube or may need replacing.

SOURCE: the belt is sticking on my treadmill reebok TR3

This is caused by one of three problems. First and most likely, the walking belt is loose. To tighten the belt, start by locating the two bolts that adjust the rear roller (one on each side of the unit in the back). Run the unit at about 3 mph. Tighten the bolts a 1/4 turn at a time. Make sure that what you do to one side, you MUST do to the other side or the belt will get off center. After you tighten it 1/4 turn, check the belt to see if it is still slipping. If it is then tighten the belt 1/4 turn again. Continue until the belt does not slip, but do not tighten the bolts more than 2 full turns. If it takes more than 2 turns then something else is the problem. The second problem that it could be is the drive belt might be loose. To tighten the drive belt, start by removing the front cover. loosen the bolts around the motor then tighten the drive belt by tightening the motor adjuster bolt. Once the drive belt is tight, tighten the motor back down. The third problem that it could be is the walking belt could be worn and need to be replaced. Let me know if you have any questions.

SOURCE: hello,my reebok i-run treadmill belt is not moving

Usually a spark means you have a problem with either the drive motor or motor controller board became damaged. Unplug unit remove the motor shroud physically inspect the motor and board for any signs of arching then replaced the board. Next use a multi meter to check continuity of the drive motor by removing the red and black leads that attached to the board if a reading is much more than 1.0 to 2.0 ohms then your motor is also damaged need to be replaced.

SOURCE: Reebok treadmill

Hi James
Unplug unit remove motor shroud then plug unit back in , press start and begin walking on the belt normally and try to stall the belt to make it slip ( planting foot to stop the belt).
Be careful during this test. If the problem is in the drive belt, either the drive belt will stop when stalled or the front roller will stop when stalled. Here is the procedure for adjusting the drive belt.
Find the motor mounts. Many motors in Icon treadmills have a main pivot joint in which a bolt runs the full length of the motor mount. This bolt will require loosening to provide maximum adjustability. Some models have a single jack bolt and others have an auto tensioner. Single jack bolts are the easiest to adjust.
Find the set bolt(s) on the motor. This is typically run through only one side of the motor mount or may be on both sides but it does not run the full length of the mounting. Loosen this bolt(s) but do not remove. Jack bolt models will have flat mounts and may contain up to four bolts.
Look for a bolt that will tension the motor. If it has this bolt, it typically runs in the same direction parallel with the drive and walking belts. If your treadmill is not equipped with this bolt, skip to Step 4. If your treadmill is equipped with this bolt (very few are) the repair will only require one person. Using 2 7/16" wrenches, make a few turns to this bolt, tighten the bolts and test your treadmill for slipping. If belt continues to slip, and if their is too much tension ( you should be able comfortably twist the drive belt 90 degrees ) then replace drive belt.
If the motor, drive belt, and front roller continue to turn when the walking belt is stalled, the problem is with the walking belt slipping on the front roller, here the procedure adjusting the walking belt.
If the walking belt slips when walked on, first remove the key and UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. Using the allen wrench, turn both rear roller bolts clockwise, 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is correctly tightened, you should be able to lift each side of the walking belt 3 to 4 inches off the walking platform. Be careful to keep the walking belt centered. Plug in the power cord, insert the key and carefully walk on the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened
If the drive belt continues to turn but the front roller stalls, you may have a broken front roller pulley. If this is the problem, you will notice it because the plastic will usually make a loud squealing sound on the metal front roller. The front roller assembly will need to be replaced and the drive belt must be replaced also. We suggest replacing the drive belt as well because it is a low cost item and will most likely, have suffered unusual wear from the problem. Another possibility is that the drive belt has worn down. In some cases, belt dressing may help correct the problem. If not, the drive belt must be replaced.

My Reebok Jet 200 is stuck at an incline

If your Reebok Jet 200 treadmill is stuck at an incline and you are unable to lower the incline to the 0 position, there are a few things you can try to fix the problem:
  1. Check the incline motor and make sure that it is properly installed and functioning. If the motor is damaged or not functioning properly, it may be causing the incline to remain stuck.
  2. Check the incline control board and make sure that it is properly connected to the incline motor and other treadmill components. If the control board is damaged or not functioning properly, it may be causing the incline to remain stuck.
  3. Check the incline cable and make sure that it is not frayed or damaged. If the cable is damaged, it may be causing the incline to remain stuck.
  4. Check the treadmill's belt and make sure that it is properly aligned and tightened. If the belt is misaligned or loose, it may be causing the incline to remain stuck.
  5. Check the treadmill's power supply and make sure that it is properly connected and functioning. If the power supply is not functioning properly, it may be causing the incline to remain stuck.
If you have tried all of these steps and are still having issues with the incline on your Reebok Jet 200 treadmill remaining stuck, you may want to consult a professional for further assistance. A treadmill repair technician will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend the best course of action to fix it.

My 2 years old Reebok one gt40s keeps on suddenly stopping after only few minutes walking on. Could anyone help me what to do?

There could be a few possible reasons why your Reebok One GT40s treadmill is stopping suddenly after only a few minutes of use. Here are a few things you can try:
  1. Check the power cord and outlet. Make sure that the power cord is securely plugged into the treadmill and the outlet, and that the outlet is functioning properly.
  2. Check the treadmill's safety key. The safety key is a small device that helps to prevent accidents by shutting off the treadmill if it becomes disconnected from the control panel. Make sure that the safety key is properly inserted into the treadmill and the control panel, and that it is not damaged or loose.
  3. Check the belt and deck. If the belt is slipping or the deck is not properly lubricated, it can cause the treadmill to stop suddenly. Make sure that the belt is properly aligned and tightened, and that the deck is adequately lubricated according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
  4. Check for any visible damage or loose parts. If you notice any visible damage to the treadmill or any parts that are loose or not functioning properly, it may be necessary to have the treadmill serviced by a professional.
I hope this information is helpful. If the problem persists after trying these steps, it is recommended to have the treadmill serviced by a professional to ensure that it is functioning safely and correctly.

Why does my reebok 8400c treadmill stop after a minute or two? The control panel works, but the tread will stop. I can start it manually, but it stops again after 1 or 2 minutes.

You have to check the speed sensor potion. Try to align the speed sensor or check is there is any dust accumulate on speed sensor.

Reebok rx3000 treadmill. panel lights up fine. 2 of the 10 speed buttons will not imput and the start button will not start the treadmill. checked the power panel. led lights to voltage light up fine, but...

it is two items in this case. The light on the PWM will light if you force the belt to move. I would start with a lower board replacement. If it works fine then you need a new console. I have seen this when people use the heart touch bars on the treadmill and get a static shock. this can ruin the console.
