First check all input cables, make sure all cables are good & plugged in fully. then check with a DVD player to all HDMI & component inputs. if none of this solves issue you may need MAIN PCB.

If the rear inputs work consider connection for the channels with a box using one of the rear inputs--sounds like a tuner related issue and going to the rear inputs bypasses that.
It is a new tv.Take it back where u bought it and trade it in for another tv.This tv have those 2 LCD long inverter boards have problems.These 2 long LCD inverter boards are to help the tv LCD screen panel to have a backlight for the tv LCD screen to produced a picture.
