It is telling you there is something wrong with the door lock assembly. You will probably have to replace it, but check it first for a broken wire or some other problem that you can fix.

Just fixed mine, only I did not have to take it all a part. Just tip it over and reached in thru the opening in the bottom. Took the clamp loose with a phillips screwdriver and pulled the rubber off that contains the filter. Stuck my hand in the opening and pushed up on the filter from the bottom on the rubber container. Out came the filter and I cleaned it and pushed back down inside until it was past the lip that held it in place. Works great, took about 10 mins., not bad for a woman, huh. Thanks for the info, could not have done without your diagram and information.

This issue is a clogged drain. It usually requires cleaning out the Drain filter underneath the drum assembly in your washer. If you are not handy, don't try this yourself, it will require some skill.

We got the same error. After searching countless forums, we found the solution! There were socks/underwear/change built up in the pump. The water was not cycling through properly. It didn't even get passed the wash cycle. Cleaned it out and everything works fine. Plus, the error code list is INSIDE the washer! Go figure.
Hello zabbster - Typically the DR or DO error code indicates that the door switch is not closed. Make sure that the door lock is completely closed. If the door is closed, make sure the door latch is not broken. If the latch is broken, you may possibly need to replace the door lock switch.
