One day everything's fine... the next, my pages are misprinting, about 2 inches too far to the left, so they are printing half off the page.
When I test my ink cartridges and printer alignment they print fine... when I look at my page in Print Preview mode it looks fine... however, when I print, my pages left margin about an inch too far over to the right, causing my text to go off the page.
Also, I went through the little menu on the printer and went through the calibration process... it only fixed the printing lines... not the paper adjustment.

Web site designers create Web pages for display on a monitor, not for
users to print on 8.5- x 11-inch pieces of paper. This becomes obvious
the first time you try to print a Web page. Content you need may get
chopped off by the right printer margin, whereas content you don’t
need, such as the site’s copyright information, will print on its own
sheet of paper. Fortunately, you can avoid such problems with a little
foresight.
Before printing any Web page, open Internet
Explorer’s File menu and select Print Preview. The current Web page
will appear on-screen exactly as it will print on paper. Scan the
preview carefully. If it appears that some content is chopped off by
the right margin, click the Page Setup button located directly to the
right of the Print button in the upper-left corner of the Print Preview
window. In the resulting Page Setup dialog box, adjust the left and
right margins so that each is set to 0.25 inches. The extra inch of
space you gain by resetting the margins should provide just enough room
to accommodate all of the content on most sites. Click OK to save the
changes and return to the Print Preview window.
Next, scan the
preview to determine which pages contain the content you want to print.
Take note of those pages and click the Print button in the upper-left
corner of the Print Preview window. Locate the Print Range heading and
select the Pages option. Type the number of the first page you want to
print in the From field and type the number of the last page you want
to print in the To field. For instance, if you want to print just the
first three pages of a Web page’s content, type 1 in the From field and
type 3 in the To field. If your browser doesn’t have To and From
fields, type the range of pages (such as 1-3) in the corresponding
field. Make sure your printer has paper and click Print.
Have you run a print set up on your computer and do you have the correct cartridges. When putting paper into the machine separate the pages and that should solve the paper problem. If you are refilling the cartridges yourself then there is your problem. Go and buy the correct cartridges
Large photos are printed differently than regular photos.
Photos that have large resolutions or are best when printed in larger
sizes are sometimes printed on multiple pages. Printing the photo on
two or more pages requires setting up the printing options so that the
printer recognizes how the photo should print and which areas to stop
printing on each page.
Open the photo in iphoto
Select "File" and scroll down the list until reaching "Print". Click
on "Print" and wait for the printing set up options. Some programs
require selecting "Set up" or "Print set up" instead of "Print." Make
sure the set up options are brought up according to the program.
Select "Time Imageable Table" or similar options in the program. If
there is not an option with a similar title, look over the various
titles and any pictures that come with the titles and see if the
pictures show multiple pages or only a single page. Click on the
options that allow printing one photo on multiple pages.
Select overlap options, which give margins so that connecting the pages forms the picture. Overlap around 1/2 inch or so.
Print the photo. The number of pages should match the set up options selected under the imageable table.
You have a worn image drum. The drum is the part of the printer that the print image is created on before it transfers the toner to the paper. This part is coated with a very thin layer of Teflon so the toner does not stick. When it gets worn the toner starts to stick and that produces the shadow or ghost image approximately 3 inches down the page because the diameter of the drum roller is 3 inches. You will need to get the part DR-350, Office Depot has them as well as many places on the internet.
I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.
In printing web pages and email please try to check also the print setting before you print the page cause word document files and web pages are not the same in there printing setting. Web pages and emails has different setting so my recommendation is that when you print email and webpages next time then please check the printer settings then modify it the same settings as you wish or as your word document's output. Thanks
Select the Page Layout tab, in the page setup group, select margins, The at the bottom, select custom margins. on the margins tab about 1/2 way down, select the down arrow next to Multipl epages and select 2 pages per sheet. Print a couple test pages and see if that is the setup you need.
If I still had the printer manual I wouldn't be asking for help ;-)
Also, I went through the little menu on the printer and went through the calibration process... it only fixed the printing lines... not the paper adjustment.
