Poewr shotoff every 2minits

If there is a fuel hose from the tank to the carburetor then a generic shutoff valve, available from just about any store that sells lawnmower parts should work. Usually less than $5

Common problem with this model of Hitachi. Get a repair kit from TvRepairKits.com . Its a problem with a fuse and a capacitor that cause the issue I am told.

this may be an igntion switch problem, this year is noted for this problem.

you have power but no screen? try swipping your finger over mouse pad or pushing keyboard....also try a power cycle...unplugging battery but leaving the the poewr adapter in..push power button down for 1 minute....then press poewr button again...it might solve the problem...if not shine a flash light at screen see if you can see a faint image..there might be a problem with the inverter or backlight that lights up the screen...also try external monitor ifyou hvae one...and make sure computer power adapter is good and the battery is good...if this doesn't help you might have to get it serviced...if under warranty call warranty companie...if not under warranty call local computer repair shop

a simple power cycle might work. Take out the battery but keep the ac power connected. hold the poewr button down for 1 minute. then hit the power button again and it should poewr back up. If this doesn' t work. iyou said hte battery light flashes so the problem isnt the battery..the problem might be hte ac power adapter..if you have a warranty this would be a good time to call them. Try the power cycle first though this fixes the problems lots of the time

have a few things for you to try. First take the battery out of the laptop and keep the power adapter connected, next press the poewr button down for about 1 minute. Then press the poewr button normally. should correct the problem. If the doesn't work then try external monitor to see if it works on another connection. If it works then your laptop has a hard ware problem causing the problem. If you have a warranty now would bea good time to call them if the steps don't work

sounds like your power powersupply is dying.
you could check for bad solder joints. but I would not be too hopeful.
