You should either use this formula to remove 46% from 328.06. The first option is =B1-(B1*C2) wherein you should deduct 46% from B1 or just compute for the 54% of B1 which is =B1*56%.

If the column is absolute, then use the $ before the first character and if the row is absolute use the $ before the second character in your cell designation. If BOTH column and row are absolute, use the $ before both the column and row character.

The square foot is the smaller unit of area, so you will have to divide a measurement in square feet by the number of square feet per square meter. Since there are 10.76 square feet per square meter, divide by that value.
Obviously, to convert from square meters to square feet, you would multiply by that value.
1 square meter is 10.76391 square feet.
