Unable to adjust temperature with control dial

I have a Frigidaire Upright Freezer Model # FFU14C3CW1 that has not been used or plugged in for about 6 months. It lost power due to a breaker trip while I was in the hospital. I have cleaned it out and I am now trying to use it but it is stuck on the coldest temperature. I have tried adjusting it by turning the control valve to warmer but this is not helping. Please tell me how I can repair this problem. If a new part is needed please tell me what it is that I need.

Where is the temperature control knob on Frigidaire upright freezer model #CFFH17F1RW

The temperature control is located inside the freezer on upright models, and onthe left outside wall on chest models. The temperature is factory preset to providesatisfactory food storage temperatures.

However, the temperature control is adjustable to provide a range of temperatures for your personal satisfaction. If acolder temperature is desired, turn the temperature control knob toward COLD-EST and allow several hours for temperatures to stabilize between adjustments

My frigidaire upright freezer has been working fine until about 2 weeks ago. Now pizzas aren't freezing and freezer corn is soft and i put a ham in it and that was a week ago and it is not froze.

There should be a temperature adjustment inside the freezer somewhere. It will look like a slider or a dial, and be labeled something like "Colder" and "Less Cold" on opposite ends of the scale. If this is set to its coldest setting, and the temperature still is not cold enough to solidly freeze food (ideally, a freezer's temperature should reach ZERO degrees Fahrenheit), then the unit needs to be serviced by an appliance repairman.

Hello Michael - Sounds like the temperature control was accidently turned OFF. When this occurs the temperature control turns off the compressor, but does not disconnect the power to the light bulb or other electronics. Let's try activating the freezer by pressing the UP arrow until display shows "4" or desired setting. Allow 24 hours for temperature to stabilize. For future reference you can lock the control to keep from accidently changing the temperature setting. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if the unit's status has changed successfully. Thank you.

The buzzer is loud

Frigidaire # LFFH2067DoW2 # WB52430831 upright freezer (frost free commercial)

Freezer is still freezing. The alarm sounded and I switched the switch off to turn off. The manual says that the temperature isn't at the right temperature and once it reaches the correct freezing temperature the light will come back on or the sound would go off after at least 4 hours. This was since last night about 6:00 and if i switch the switch the alarm is still sounding. The left side of the freezer is a little warmer than usual. Any suggestions
