Try this:

1. Start off with the device unplugged from the PC.
2. From the home screen, tap Settings, Applications, Developer, and enable Debug Mode.
3. Next, go back one stage so that you are at Settings, Applications, and this time go into Manage Applications.
4. On the top row of tabs, select All.
5. Scroll down the list (alphabetical) until you locate MtpApp. Tap on it, and then tap Clear Data.
6. Plug in the device
7. Drag the notification bar down from the top of the screen.
8. Tap on debugging mode to open the developer screen again, and tab debugging mode to dissable it.
9. PC Companion should now connect. If it still takes a minute, let it do so and don't deem this as a failure until you have received the failure message. Remember, new devices can take a while to connect depending on your envionment.

i dont see any apps named "MtpApp". I see one app only, named "MTP Extention Service" and it's cache is 0.00 KB, so I cannot clear data or anything. Previously I always could connect my Xperia-S with Sony PC Companion, and even with MTP to browse the folders of my cellphone. but after I re-installed windows few days back, I cannot connect it anymore. What to do?

Unable to listen music in Nokia BH 108

Hi! The Nokia BH 108 headset does not have the A2DP function (advanced audio distribution profile). However, if you are using NOKIA (symbian) non-windows phone, you can play music since the phone bypass the said restriction. You may want to try other bluetooth headsets that has A2DP function so you can enjoy the musics from your headset.
Thanks.

I need driver called mtp usb device for my c2-03 mobile

Many devices use Microsoft's Media Transfer Protocol to synchronize with computers. Unlike standard USB mass storage devices, MTP devices don't behave like USB flash drives. Windows Media Player includes built-in support for MTP devices and can synchronize media files to and from them. You can download MP3s to your portable music player, cellphone or other MTP device using Windows Media Player's sync feature. The device appears in Windows Media Player when you connect it to your computer.

My sansa e250 mp3 player is unable to connect to computer nor recognized to use .It won`t turn on change the modes

turning on to change modes is your problem. If it's completely dead you may need to replace it or refurbish it. Or if the battery is completely dead plug it in all day until you can get it to turn on. ONCE ON then you can worry about getting it to connect. Try this:
There are two connection settings in USB: MTP and MSC. For some reason MTP is the default, but it doesn't connect properly on all computers. Select MSC and plug the player in again, the computer will recognize sansa e250 but not show the driver just yet. It is installing recognition software (just basic drivers - nothing heavy) and it doesnt tell you what its doing until its complete. WAIT FOR IT. Once it is complete you will see both the sansa e250 and the removable memory slot in your "my computer" now you're good to go.

MTP Device Searching Preconfigured Driver Folders

I was having this problem as well, but solved it.
I, like others decided to just buy a USB cable for my VX9900 and use Windows Media Player for sync'ing. (I also have the Verizon Essentials program that I downloaded, but I like WMP better. No particular reason).
I was getting the installation messages and as soon as the MTP message came up, I got the "problem" message and it didn't sync.
What I did when I got the cable was to run the CD drivers that came with my cable. That may have been my mistake. I was bothered that the date of my driver was in 2005 since the phone came out late in 2006. So I looked at the name of the driver and it was something like C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\LGUSBDriver.xxx whatever... I went to my device manager and uninstalled the driver. I went to the C:\Program Files\ and deleted the LG USBDrivers folder. I went to the Windows/system32/drivers folder and there were three LG*.* files I deleted them. The next time I plugged the phone in and set it to sync, it worked. It's late and night and I may not have typed this really clearly, so feel free to contact me at bill (at) halfamind.com (because a half a mind is still a terrible thing to waste).
