If you are smart, you won't restore it.

If you havn't made a trusted contact setting then you dont have much to do, but to contact FB support and hope for the best, by providing them with as much information about your accout as possible.

Give the below link a try: facebook provides options if you loose access to email/phone numbers used to reset passwords.

If you received an email from FB indicating this, they should give you a chance to prove that you are real. Fake accounts are reported all the time, and FB investigates these claims, they don't just shut down an account without checking first.

I would check the help pages to see what your options are if you did not receive an email. If you did receive one, there should be information contained in it to help you out.

did you try the Forgot password option?

This is because very rigorous FB Rules you need read next time Terms and Conditions before starting new account. :(

Click on forgotten my password then fill in your security question and you should receive a new password. You might have to create a co account so that you can receive that password at a temp hotmail account

command prompt: click on start>run then type in "cmd"

admin accout: click on start>control panel>administrator accout
