Well I have the same problem as described by a previous user. However my Jenn-Air is brand new.I plugged it in for the first time and the freezer works but the top part (Fresh Food section) does not cool. We tried unplugging and re-plugging in twice over 48 hours and no change. Freezer works, Fridge does not cool. The thermostat panel works, shows internal temp and setting temp. The fridge section starts at 29 and goes up from there to 32 degrees celcius. I do not get what is happening. Cannot be frost buildup! Any ideas? I think I am missing something, but i have read the manual backwards and forwards to see if there is some switch i missed or some packing that i have to remove, but i cannot seem to find anything wrong.
we had same problem with brand new refrig.
Serviceman just left - he replaced part with label

Freezer working, fridge not cooling. Checked all dust buildup--no sufficient to account for problem. Cut power off for 5 minutes, restored. Fridge then cooled as it should. Still don't know what caused the problem in the first place no why what I did fixed it. My solution is nowhere to be found in the troubleshooting suggestions.
Our refrigerator is about 2 years old and has worked great up to now. The freezer is working fine but the thermastat is at 64 degrees and we cannot reset it. Every time we scroll the temp on the panel down to 38 degrees, it pops up to 64. What can we do? Is there the possibility of a panel reset?
