SOURCE: compatible AGP at 16x?

After a brief check of motherboard specs, what I see is, the 7600GT card will run at 16x in the 16x slot, but if you have TWO SLI cards they both run at 8X. Makes sense. Unless there is a public outcry concerning this, I'd suspect the info you have is a bit off. ZT3000 "Beta tester of "0"s and "1's"

SOURCE: second display not working

I think the cards have to be SLI ready. They use an additional bridge in installation. Therefore to be able to use dual video cards they must both be the same SLI compatible model.

SOURCE: asus m2n deluxe sli motherboard

Hi tbird, yes you can run the 8800 GT's even if the interface is 1.0
The 8800 GT is back wards compatible to the 1.0
Suggest you install the latest software drivers for the 8800 GT.
http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_8800gt.html

It wouldn't hurt to add a case fan to feed the two cards fresh air.

Good luck!

SOURCE: boot up problems on an Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe motherboard

Try reseating the power cable to your HDD and also the data cable to and from your motherboard. If no joy - then it sounds to me like a power supply unit failure

My Matrox rtx100 graphic is not dected by the computer.I could not install the driver

Hi!
Try uninstalling first display adapter that is currently installed form your device manager...how?...
1. On My Computer, right click and select properties.
2. Select Hardware tab, and click Device Manager.
3. On the list of device manager, click View menu and select Devices by type
4. Double click Display Adapters, to display the list of connected graphics adapter.
5. Disable the graphics adapter listed, by right clicking of the file name and select uninstall.
6. Now close any program and shutdown your computer..
7 Connect your video card to the motherboard and turn on your computer. Your computer will run its Add New Hardware Device , just be ready with your driver files..

I hope that will make your video card work with your motherboard

Much appreciated if you rate this solution..thanks.

Need m2n sli drivers..help?

Your SLI drivers as you mentioned were installed when your chipset drivers were installed. (NVIDIA nForce CK804 Chipset Driver).
If you use 1 PCI-E graphics card the bios will need to be adjusted to [Auto].
Using 2 PCI-E graphics cards you must install the EZ selector card correctly. See page 4-20 section 4.4 Adjust; SLI Configuration. Than see section 4.4.6 in your manual
Open the Asus link below if you need drivers for your M2N-E SLI;
http://www.asus.com/Search.aspx?SearchKey=M2N-E%20SLI

This may seem a bit tricky but its not. First time around the bios settings using SLI graphics cards will appears tough but you'll get it.

Cheers!
Mike

Motherboard Issue

Hi Tomokato,
This maybe nothing but the first thing I checked is the CPU.
Supported CPU list through Asus web site for M2N-SLI
(Click on this link). http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=M2N-SLI
The first supported 64 X2 is;
Athlon 64 X2 3600+ (CU),512K,65W,rev.F2,SocketAM2
Second CPU supported;
Athlon 64 X2 3600+ (DD),1MB,65W,rev.G,SocketAM2

The CPU that you are using is not supported.
Since this is a new CPU, you might be able to exchange it for the Athlon 64 X2 3600+ (CU),512K,65W,rev.F2,SocketAM2.
Link to Asus main web site for M2N-SLI.
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?modelname=M2N-SLI&SLanguage=en-us
Suggest you add the above link to you're favorites.

Even you're memory is not supported. As seen in user manual page. 2-13.

Have more questions, feel free to ask.

Mike
