I have installed Photofunstudio and used it to download some photos and videos from my camera. I now want to upload a video to Facebook. I opened the wizard, and entered my Facebook log in details, but I keep getting an error message saying that it couldn't connect to the account. The details are all correct, and I can't find the Photofunstudio app when I go on Facebook the 'normal' way either, it just says the page does not exist.

Use a card reader to download your videos to a folder you create on your desktop. Then, you can import them to Photofunstudio.

Hi,
When you plug your camera into your pc via the USB is the camera seen in Windows Explorer?
If it is double click the folder and see if the pictures/video files come up.
I usually pick out the ones I need and copy them to a folder under My Pictures.

You didn't say what kind of computer you have. If it's a Mac, you won't be able to download any AVCHD movies. If it's a PC, you will need Photofunstudio. If you still have trouble downloading, try creating a folder on your desktop and then just drag and drop the videos into the folder. Once there, you can send them to photofunstudio. If you still have problems, consider shooting in Motion JPEG instead of AVCHD.
