You may be able to use a vpn service if they aren't blocking that also. I have used the free version of http://proxpn.com but not out of the us. Basically you tunnel your internet browsing to another country so it goes from where ever the vpn pops out to the website and there is no uae firewall inbetween.

"971" is the country code for the UAE. Call with your international access dialing code. In the USA, it is "011". So making a call to the UAE forul be 011971 followed by the UAE phone number. From most cell phones, you can press and hold the "*" key which makes a "+" sign, and then dial the country code and phone number.
