Refrigerator manufacturers do not field test their designs before putting them on the market. They make their design changes based on customer complaints and field technicians doing repairs under warrantee.

Now, neither your front or rear wheels have a rubber covering. I am not surprised. A refrigerator is a lot of weight to move even on hard rubber wheels.

Current front wheels:



The rear casters are hard to install. They have a history of cracking and falling apart and are difficult to replace. LG has a history of high service calls.

The rubber key cover is one piece and not sold as a spare part. Take the radio apart, remove the pad and put a thin tape, such as a very high quality electrical tape and a small amount of RTV silicone under the tear. Reassemble, wiping off any extra RTV as you go.

I have a RTS30 that has a problem that I am learning is quite common. The "pad" (part 0890370080400) that is under the bevel locking handle, splits and falls out. This leaves the locking handles cam loose because of excess clearance.

HI FIRST YOU WILL NEED TO PLACE THE MACHINE ON A SUITABLE STAND SO THE WHEEL SPINS FREELY, THIS OPERATION IS BEST DONE FIRST SO YOU KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE JOB THE WHEEL SPINS JUST AS FREE AS IT DID BEFORE HAND,
I TAKE IT THE PADS ARE WORN OUT? IF SO YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK THE LEVEL OF THE BRAKE FLUID, WHEN THE PADS ARE WORN OUT THE CALIPER PISTONS ARE ALMOST FULLY OUT, AND AS ARESULT OF THIS THE FLUID LEVEL IS LOW. IF IN YOUR CASE THE PISTON IS OUT ALL THE WAY AND THE FLUID LEVEL IS NOT LOW, YOU MAY HAVE TO REMOVE SOME OF THE FLUID TO ALOWE THE PISTONS TO BE PUSHED BACK HOME FULLY.

REMOVE THE REAR BRAKE CALIPER,CHECK PISTON CONDITION AND REMOVE ANY DIIRT OR RUST BEFORE COMENCING, USING A SCREW DRIVER OR SIMILAR BETWEEN THE OLD PADS SLOWLY FORCE THEM APART PUSHING THE PISTONS BACK INTO THE CALIPER YOU MAY HAVE TO PLAY WITH THEM FROM SIDE TO SIDE TO GET THEM BACK HOME EVENLY, CHECKING THE FLUID LEVEL WHILST DOING THIS, IF FOR ANY REASON THE PISTONS WONT GO HOME ALL THE WAY CHECK THE FLUID LEVEL, IF REMOVING ANY FLUID REMOVE IT FROM THE RESIVOIRE AND NOT THE PRESURE SIDE OF THHE SYSTEM, THESE BIKES SUFFER WITH POOR PERFORMANCE ON REAR MASTER CYLINDER AND THE LOSS OF ANY FLUID ON THE PRESSURE SIDE COULD PROVE TO BE PAINFULL. REMOVE CLIP SECURING PAD PIN SOME CALIPERS HAVE 2 PINS,AND GENTLY TAP THE PIN OUTWARDS TO REMOVE IT, THE PADS WILL THEN BE REMOVED FROM THE CALIPER, REPLACE IN THE SAME ORDER MAKING SURE THE PAD FRICTION MATERIAL IS FACING THE DISC, WHEN YOU HAVE REPLACED THE PADS, REFIT CALIPER CHECKING SECURITY OF BOLTS, AFTERWARDS CHECK FLUID LEVEL AND SLOWLY START TO DEPRESS THE REAR BRAKE, REPEATING THIS UNTIL THE PADS MAKE CONTACT WITH THE DISC CHECKING THE FLUID LEVEL DOES NOT FALL BELOW MIN ALOWING AIR INTO THE SYSTEM, CLEAN OUT TOP OF RUBBER DIAPRAME IN RESIVOIR AND REPLACE THE CAP. CHECK WHEEL SPINS FREELY, RE CHECK YOUR WORK BEFORE TAKING YOUR MACHINE ONTO THE ROAD, EASY JOB FOR A COMPETENT PERSON, ALWAYS RECHECK YOUR WORK.

the centre pad on the steering wheel,is held up by four springs and over the years have gotten weak and are putting pressure on the horn contacts, maybe find some soft rubber to slide under the pad to raise the pad up a bit..
also a DIY fix is to buy a steel spring from Home Depot and cut two lengths so that it when fixed to the back of the air-bag support plate, placed so they pushed against the rubber part of the steering wheel assembly and therefore they do not form a contact to earth themselves, they assist the rubber gromets in keeping the horn contacts apart.

tools needed wheel brace trolley jack Axel stand for safety and a set of Alan/hex keys large screw driver
1, lift the hood and unscrew the brake master cylinder cap
2, loosen Th wheel nuts on one front wheel
3, place jack under car on same side as the loosened wheel behind the wheel have a look under car there will be a chassis cross member jack on this raise the car place axe stand under the same cross member and lower jack so car rest on the stand
4,remove wheel place key in ignition lock and turn to first position and turn to full lock
5,go back to the side that the wheel is off and you should see the brake calliper in the top of it will be a large slot where you can see the pads place the screw driver in the slot between the pad and disc and pull it towards you gently but with force you will now have a gap and the caliper will slid from side to side
6. on the caliper there is black rubber on the top and bottom of it with a bung in them pop the bung on and take the hex key set out size ten i think and unscrew the bolts re move the bolts and the clipper will fall off rest it on top of the disc and the pads will slide out
7, and to refit the new pads just do the steps in reverse and re peat on other side
important note pump brake pedal before you replace the master cylinder cap
