If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile
phone service provider.

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using and not the phone. So, kindly call the Customer

Try reseating the LCD screen connector. It is really easy to open the W580i and check the lcd.

go to phone settings. n dat go in security option nd click on sim protection nd enter security code. default code might b 0000 orb 1234.

what was ur code

take your sim out of the phone.
switch on and select normal mode
press once on the left arrow key
press * twice
press 1 time on left arrow key
now you can enter your code
