The problem that is wrong with my phone is that after 1 day brand new out of the shop it wont turn on. The problem occurred when my friend wanted to look at my phone so i let him hold it and he went onto a game called exterminator and the screen froze and went white, i took out and put back in the battery after seeing this problem hoping the phone will go back to normal when i turn it on but it didnt and it's just black screen and off. something i noticed is when i put the charger in the phone the charging sign doesnt come up and also the red led light inside the area of the infrared port keeps flashing every 4 seconds. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

I had this problem so i used the battery out of my bf sony phone and it works now
