Hi, my Technics SCEH60 every time it plays (no matter the source) losses its fright front channel sound; if i turn it off 70% chances are that the sound is restored when i turn it back on. Othertimes if i turn the volume knob up to maximum the sound is also restored. Thnak you very much!
SOURCE: technics ho2 no play error
u need a new motor in yr dvd player i had same problem so had new motor fitted cost 50 pound works now
SOURCE: sound cuts when volume is turned up
check that power amplifier rating(how many watt)must be more than total speaker rating by 20% at least..
exampel:if speakers watts are 100 watt-amplifier watt must be 120 watt.
SOURCE: speakers playing low
open the disc tray and press setup and the speaker volume option will activate and also turn off the night mode for louder sound

Hi,
I think your dvd is set to a different region. This might help:
1. Insert disk
2.Wait for 'no play'message
3.Immediately press stop
4.It wi go to chapter review automatically in about 5seconds time u should be able to press play and start the movie
Hope this helps
