I have a Sony Bravia LCD TV KDL-32P300. I'm having trouble getting the settings correct, as the picture doesn't fit the screen. I have tried all the different widescreen settings, but some of the picture still can't fit into the screen. How do I fix this? Also, where can I get hold a an instruction booklet for my tv, as I have lost the one that came with the tv.

picture is not the same on all chanles have to change format each time with handset
If youre using skybox or freeview make sure the auto format setting is switched off. youl find this in your menue setting
