Its seems that DVD player can't read the DVD. Can be: 1. DVD Player eye is dirty 2. DVD format on unknown to DVD player There are kits that clean DVD player eye, I would try it first.

This phenomenon is the DVD does not read disk failure.
There are two reasons for this:
1. There are scratches and smudges on the disc. Solution: Switch to a better quality disc or wash the disc.
2. The laser head or objective lens is dirty. Clean the laser head or replace laser head with the same model specification.

BTW, if you want to watch DVD on your PC, you are supposed to watch it with specific DVD player software to get better viewing experience. Here is the free DVD player for you.

How do i separate the engine from generator on powermate 5000

It generally has a long rotor through bolt accessibile from the generator end, this forces the generator rotor onto a tapered shaft on the engine. Once removed the through bolt slide a long bar ion the hole and screw the bolt back in, that will force it off the taper

My 1994 Jeep grand cherokee won't start. It tries to start but doesn't. Tried replacing cap and rotor and still will not start. When I checked the spark it was yellow. What does that mean?

Yellow means weak spark should be blue check the coil tower where the coil wire attaches on the coil for corrosion. Also check the spark plugs for wear.

Steering all of a sudden starts, now forgive me, "goes back and forth, by itself..." when i came to a stop, full stop with foot on brake, the steering wheel "goes back and forth" by itself...seems to...

One of two things has happened. You have a damaged wheel / tire assy. One of the wheels is bent or the tire has a bubble. Or you have a warped brake rotor. Most likely it is a front rotor - but can be any one of the four. To ck for a bad tire wheel assy. Jack up the car each tire one at the time, and spin the tires looking for a out of round side to side motion. Also at the same time you can ck for a warped rotor by spining the wheels and have some one easy step on the brakes if you feel one spin free then lock up then spin free that is the bad rotor.
