32 inch is bigger than I have ever seen - the standard is 24" - but apartment models can be 18"

Which dishwashers are less than 830mm high, to fit under my work surface?

Peter,
830mm equals 32.68 inches. You will just have to look at the specs of any dishwasher that you are interested in and see if they will fit in less than that height. Most dishwashers that I have installed would fit between 32 and 34 inches in height. Hope this helps!

What are the dimensions on a Kenmore 363.14192992 dishwasher?

Dishwashers that are installed into standard kitchen cabinets have a standard width and depth of 60 cm (Europe) or 24 inches (US), and most dishwashers must be installed into a hole a minimum of 86 cm (Europe) or 34 inches (US) tall. Portable dishwashers exist in 45 and 60 cm (Europe) 18 and 24 inch (US) widths, with casters and attached countertops. Dishwashers may come in standard or tall tub designs; standard tub dishwashers have a service kickplate beneath the dishwasher door that allows for simpler maintenance and installation, but tall tub dishwashers have approximately 20% more capacity and better sound dampening from having a continuous front door.

New AEG dishwasher wont fit in existing space that housed our old Favorit 44050 VI

The space underneath the dishwasher, or cabinets, is referred to as the kick space. It is where your toes fit under the edge of a counter and they are typical of cabinets and dishwashers alike. You should not expect a wood trim piece to fit underneath the dishwasher and not all dishwashers will accommodate one. It is fair to say that all dishwashers will come complete with a trim piece to cover this area, since some have venting and others do not; some have a door that extends down further and some do not. Generally speaking the variation people concern themselves with is in dishwasher's width and not in the door configuration. So having said and in consideration of your (assumed) desire to retain the wood trim, I suggest you retool the wood trim piece to work/fit with the dishwasher you decide you want. This is what I did rather than use the provided black metal panel. I have attached photos.

I have an LG Lavavajillas dishwasher and the hose has a box on the end that is preventing me from getting the hose to the water supply. Is there any way i can disconnect the hose or the box? Thank You

Hi,

I have not seen this model here in Australia, so I am not sure if the box you are referring to is the inlet solenoid or a pressure limiter. It would be a difficult task to disconnect the hose from the other end where it attaches to the base internals of the machine.
Two suggestions:
1) Drill a big hold in your cabinet to allow the hose fitting to pass through.
2) Or you can get a hose adapter and attach a second hose on the end of this one. The normal inlet hoses would have a small head so you can pass this through the existing hole in your cabinet. If you do this make sure the excess hose is tucked away under the cabinet, when you push the dishwasher in, otherwise you will get kinks in the hose.

Hooking up a drain line

Connect directly to your existing drain lines under the sink or to your disposal unit.

If you do not have a dishwasher drain adapter on your drain lines the local home center will help you. Install above your S trap. Cut just enough of the pipe out to allow for the new part to slip in (half and inch or so goes into the fitting). You will need glue and primer.

If you connect to your disposal there is a fitting on the side of the disposal to accept the drain line. You should have a fitting supplied with the disposal. If not the local part supplier can help you. Break out the tap on the disposal and connect the fitting and drain line.

Hope this helps. Please rate the answer if it helps you.

How do i change a single 30 inch oven wall cabinet to a double

Measure the available cabinet space, height, width and depth. Shop out a unit that will fit or is close. The cabinet will probably need to be cut out and sometimes a drawer or doors may need to be eliminated. Check the amperage on the existing circuit at the electric panel to make sure it is sufficient to carry the new dbl oven. Every oven that I have installed coomes with a set of complete installation instructions

Need to replace this unit ASAP and am having issue finding one that will fit. My R.O. is exactly 34". The existing unit shown was OK because of the 33 - 1/2. Recommendations?

all dish wahers are the same height
the differance your seeing is that
is has been adjusted to fit your cabinet height
with the adjustable legs
all units can be raised by srewing down the legs
and back levelers
make sure when you do your cabinet measurements you take this into account

Dishwasher for 32 inch cabinets

Miele makes a G600 series that are 32 1/4 " tall - that would probably be your best bet.
