If you've carried out the checks already mentioned and still no joy then the fault is in the hose that drains from the tub(drum) to the drain pump. There is a ball valve in this section of hose and the ball rises, slips past the retaining ring and gets stuck above the retaining ring obstructing the flow of water to the drain pump. This will be evident when you know there is water in the machine and after removing the drain trap cap the water is just trickling out when it should be gushing out. For those that want to fix themselves, remove the screw that retains the red tab, remove the two screws underneath that hold the front panel and one screw behind the detergent drawer. After removing the front panel you can check the tub drain hose by squeezing the bulge directly below the tub where the ball should be located. If that part seems empty then the ball is above that obstructing the drainage. Remove the hose and reset the ball in position. Check that there is no split in the retaining ring otherwise it will happen again, probably on the first fill. The ball is not absolutely necessary for the machine to work. It serves as a non return valve and detergent saver.
Use a wet/dry vac to **** the drain line clear.

Hello. You said that you checked the drain line for obstructions, but did you check the pump? I would remove the hoses from the pump and using a flashlight, look into the suction port on the pump. Check the pump for any obstructions (like the occasional stray sock) and check the pump impellers. Look for broken/missing blades and ensure that the impeller spins freely. If there are missing/broken blades or if you cannot get the impeller to spin freely, the pump is defective. You may have already done this, and if so I apologize. Check the drain line to make sure the water does not siphon out as it enters the machine.

Unplug the machine. Remove the filter, take a flashlight and get your head down to check if something has fallen deeper in filter and pump housing which block the pump turbine. Also, make sure to check if the outlet hose isn't clogged or jammed with something too.

F3 problem, I had the issue on model W6461, however, judging by the amount of F3 issues posted this could work on other ASKO models
If the coin trap in the drain is clear of debris, try this.
Stages as follows:
1) Open drain pump door (bottom left of machine).
2) Remove black pipe and drain residual water.
3) Unscrew coin trap and remove, use a container to hold the water.
4) Leave the container underneath and make sure you have some towels ready (I didn't at the time)
5) Where the washing machine drain hose connects to the outlet in the wall or U bend connector remove this and expose the end.
6) Blow into the drain hose as hard as possible......hopefully the blockage will clear back through the coin trap.
7) Pour some water into the open end and blow this back through the drain as well.
Result:
A large lump of sludge, three of my 5 year olds small counter coins and about a litre of water (all over the floor, don't forget the towels!)
Just ran the machine now and fault cleared.

CHANGING THE FUSE
1. Remove the fuse holder insert with a screwdriver (1/4 turn).
2. Replace the fuse. (The fuse must be a 250V, 15amp slow-blow fuse.)
3. Fit the fuse holder insert with the fuse into the fuse holder.
