It's probably the small spring which makes electrical contact between the watch aluminum back and the outer housing, presumably to provide an electrical ground connection to the outside triple sensor. I've attached a photo with the location indicated by the yellow circle and arrow. It goes in the little hole and will fall out if you're not careful.

Silver solder
Hi there,
I have a few questions for you guys:
1. Where do the 2 gold spring go?
2. I did a stupid thing when trying to replace the bateries. I accidentally brokken the soldering of the triple sensor (please see the attached picture). Do you have any idea of what kind of soldering i have to use?
Many thanks in advance :)
Hi..if you dont fix your watch, I sure could use the small SILVER spring that goes on the outside of the back cover gasket, I have the two gold ones...thanks...
Hello,
I need a favor, do you have a better resolution picture? My batteries leak inside and corodate few paths. Need to remake the PCB but can not find anyware a good picture.
Thank you!
Your sensor can be saved soldering new wires from the triple sensor directly to PCB. You need a good soldering station and a good magnifier!

SOURCE: Changed dead batteries on PAG-40. Still one dead watch
There is a very small sticker with very small red print just adjacent to the battery compartment. This little sticker states "once batteries are replaced, you need to touch AC with tweezers". I did it with metal tweezers and the watch display came to life. Good luck!
