What is the voltage for a Jenn-Air Electric Cooktop JEC9536ADS?

Red to Black w/red stripe
White to Ground
Green to Cooktop frame

The cook top is attached to the wood frame by brackets, just remove the screws and the electric connection, make sure the power is off from the main box, it's a 220 volt wiring and then just lift the top off. to remove the glass, look around the edges and you should see some small screws, just remove them and the glass should lift off.
