Even still to this day, it happens.
I've figured a temporary solution to fix this issue.

1. Go to settings > apps > manage apps and make sure you are under all apps tab.
2. Find Google play store and force close it. Then select uninstall updates.
3. Go back and scroll down to find Market Updater?... I think is what it is called and select force close.

From now on, only use the Market. The Google Play Store icon may disappear from the apps/app drawer... which is exactly what you want.

Problem solved.

If it ever happens again and Play Store comes up again, just repeat the process. As I said, I believe this fix is only TEMPORARY.

I cant not use google play store on my nook hd plus i used too but now it force closes

When you uninstall updates to Google Play Store you are actually uninstalling updates to the Google Play Store app itself and not your other installed applications and their settings what you're actually doing is downgrading the Google Play app itself to the version that came shipped on your nook HD Plus. I know this Uninstall Updates wording tends to freak a lot of folks out because they think it means all updates to everything. In the app itself sometimes this is necessary if a bug is introduced into the most recent version of the Google Play app. Don't worry over time the Google Play app itself will automatically update itself again. If newer versions still have a bug on your system just uninstall updates again until they get it fixed. Over the last two and a half weeks a minor bug was discovered in Google Play that the very second you entered an apps description page Google Play would immediately stop responding to the system and crash. I sent a blind email to a Google support email address I hoped could forward it to the Google Play staff. I sent the email in about this problem about a week ago. It least on my Nook HD plus for the past two and a half days this problem seem to have corrected itself. Knock on wood.

You are the second question in a week about this very same problem between the Google Play Store app and Nooks. Hope this answers both questions and provides a solid workaround should Google Play Store ever get buggy again in the future.

When I try to download an App, I get an ERROR that says: Error retrieving information from server. [RPC-S-5:AEC-0]. How can I get this to download apps?

Fixing RPC:S-5:AEC-0 Google Play Store Error

The Google Play / Android Market error retrieving information from server RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error message can be a bit of a pain, the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error just randomly appeared on my tablet after it upgraded to a newer version of Android. However this is how i managed to fix the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error with ease.
    1. Load the Settings app, click apps, then select "All"
    2. Next in the all apps view find the "Google Play Store" and click on it
    3. Now click "Clear Cache" (Not Data), then Force Stop.
    4. Next in the same app list find "Google Service Framework"
    5. Click clear data (Not Cache), then Force Stop
    6. Switch off the phone or tablet and turn it back on
    7. You should be able to download and update apps from the Google Play store once more.

Enjoy no more RPC:S-5:AEC-0 errors when downloading or updating apps.
    Or Simply Go to settings/app.manager/all
    Delete data + cache :
    Google Play Store
    Google Play-services
    Google Services Framework
    Hangouts
    Market-feedback agent (important)
Then delete google-account(data/system/user/0/ fine the accounts.db file and cut and paste it somewhere else)
Restart the phone and then re-add google-account( paste your accounts.db file earlier to it's original location).
p/s~Your device need to be rooted to remove/delete google account without a factory reset.

enjoy and have a good day :)

What does code 912 mean? i get this when downloading apps from apps store

There are a few reasons why you would get a 912 error when downloading apps.
    • Downloading apps directly to an SD card
    • Play Store (app store) needs to be updated
    • Bad cache
The following methods could help solve the problem
    Clear Cache and Reboot
    • Go to Setting >> Go to Application Setting (In some devices application setting is named as apps).
    • Go to, All the apps > >Find the Google Play Store >> Clear Data and Cache
    • Once you have clear everything, Next you need to Force Stop the application
    • Also, try to clear Cache and data of Download Manager and Google Service Framework.
    • Now, Restart your device and try to download the app.
    Unmount SD Card
    • Go to Setting >> Storage >> Scroll down and select "Unmount SD card"
    • Open Google Play Store >> Download the app again that was giving you the error message
    • After successful installation, Go back to Settings >> Storage >> tap on "mount SD card"
    • If above steps didn't work, also try removing your SD card before installing.
    Move app to phone
    • Go to Settings >> Go to Apps >> Select, All the apps
    • Scroll down and select the app that was giving you the error during update
    • Select "Move to phone"
    • Open Google Play Store and update the app
    • After successful installation, you can move the app back to SD card
