SOURCE: How can we remove underwire caught outside the drum?
I havent opened your particular model, but mine (74520) cen be easily opened from the back (6 screws to remove the plate). You can then see a big rubber hose attached to the bottom of the drum housing. By removing this (open the big clamp on the hose) you should be able to detach it and reach into the housing and get the object out.

It is probably between the clothes tub and the outer tub. To remove it from the outer tub port, open the washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub and try to remove the clothing through the port. Good luck

Switch off machine and unplug it from the wall socket. Remove back plate and identify the heating element. It should be located at the bottom of the outer drum. Remove element and you will have limited access to the space between the drums. Rotate the drum slowly by hand untill the bra wire gets to the bottom of the drum. Remove obstruction with hook or long tweeser.

disconnect from electricity. take back panel off.you will see heater at bottom of tub held in by 1 10mm nut.disconnect wires to it. loosen this nut and pull heater out - you may have to help it with a screwdriver. you can then see into the gap between tub and drum and fish for the bra wire.
tell her not to wear bras with wires!!

Do not attempt to remove a drum unless you have been trained to do so
First thing to do is to dump the back drain hose into a big dish and drain off all of the standing water
in the machines sump.
Remove the power !!
Tip the machine towards the back and front to get as much water out of it as possible
Tip the machine back agains a wall or a bench with a cloth protecting both surfaces
Put a wooden block underneath the front edge of the machine in case it falls on you
Get a torch and look at the bottom of the drum , there will be a big hose connected to the base with a jubilee clip or spring clip
Remove the clip and pull the hose off , place a cloth on the floor as there may still be some water in the hose , if you are lucky the wire will be either in the hose or in the sump that the hose is fixed to.
If the hose is connected to the rear of the drum tip the machine as far back as possible allowing the wire to fall within reach of the hole
If you cant see it get a magnetic retriever or a piece of bent coat hanger and go fishing.
If the hose is fitted to the front of the drum reverse the machine and lay it on its front or as far forward as possible , that way the wire will fall towards the hole
