It goes on, then the screen blanks out for a second, comes back on, and then goes blank again, and then come back on. Seems to happen when the TV warms up. I just replaced the power board because my TV used to pop and shut off after 30 minutes. Any ideas? I'm about to give up on this TV.

use other source such as dvd , regular ant or vcr ..use other source for awhile to see if it happens on ther sources .

Unfortunately, that board is the inverter board. And for this model the inverter board is only supplied with the the PDP panel. The panel is quite expensive, here's a link if needed:

Your right its a power supply issue and what your hearing is capcitor pop or maybe even a fuse, Well if you know about eletronics sure the new psu is going to be $150 bucks

It sounds like a problem in the high voltage circuit. Had a similar TV set which had the same problem. When there's power leaking from the high voltage circuit, these TV's will tend to cycle on and off. Voltage leaks are mostly caused by accumulated dust for the most part.
