If you using your nb with network boot os media, please re check your cable connection to server media. Or
If you using internal hardisk for boot up your system operational you might have accidentally change Boot Order on your BIOS setup.
How to enter bios:
On power on you might see instruction on the bottom of your screen like => Press F2 to enter setup or some thing like that.
Make sure to disable Network Boot option, or move it to the bottom / last of Boot List Option
Press F10 to save it, and reboot

Go into set-up and change the boot order to the hard drive you have your operating system on... then cd-rom. you may actually want to start with your cd-rom as it makes it easier when you are installing an operating system.
