I Have a Briggs & Stratton Small Engine Model 185432/0606-E1,it starts and runs at steady speed they after 30 seconds it shuts off,I can restart it and it does same thing ????

Surging is usually caused by a lean condition You can try to turn the mixture screw ccw about 1/4 to 1/2 turn. If this does not solve the problem your carb will have to be removed, cleaned thoroughly, and reinstalled.

The condensor is not the problem for they go bad upon not hold a charge. When the engine heats up and the engines dies out the problem may lay in the magnito's frame mounting from swelling from the heat, a loose mounting bolt(s). Or a Magnito that is ready to go out completely
