All routers work the same basic way. you connect a pc using a LAN cable to the router. You open a web browser and type in the IP address of the router. this is usually 192.1681.1 or 192.168.0.1 , but occasionally can be something else. its usually printed on a label stuck to the router. Once you get that right a login screen will appear and you must use the login user/password (admin, admin or admin, password is often used) which should also be printed on the router underside. Then the router will present a menu to you, and somewhere on there will be the wifi setup. they are all slightly different so refer to your manual or just use your common sense.

To access the router's configuration you need to type its IP address into a web browser. The default IP is 192.168.1.1 but if that doesn't work you can find it out with the following steps:

I had same problem but I think it's more of a simple solution. Linksys default IP it uses is 192.168.1.1, and guess what...so is the zhone router. I changed my linksys router to 192.168.10.1 and i am able to connect to the internet. Only problem I have left is some things are not working such as MSN messenger and https pages. I am wondering why...
