Unlocked Iphone reset

What network was the phone on previously? Was this an unlocked phone? If this phone was unlocked with software (not factory unlocked phone) and you did a reset, then you lost the software unlock. You will have to have the phone unlocked again.

You question isn't too clear but on the other hand, if you just can't access network data, you may have to set the APN settings on the phones celluar data settings.

Have you tried to unlock the iPhone? This is a common problem if the iPhone is jailbroken or unlocked.

Kindly try the steps below:

* Go to Settings:General:Reset.

* Click Reset Network Settings

* Enter your passcode if you have created one.

* Click the red button: Reset Network Settings

* The iPhone will take a minute to shut down, then it will reboot.


- If these steps will not work, then follow the steps below:

1. Start with iphone with no service (jailbroken and unlocked)

2. Use iBrickr to load Launchctl GUI (Application -> Browse Application -> Launchctl GUI)

3. Open Launchctl GUI, look for the CommCenter line. If it is red - go to step 5. If it is black - proceed to the next step.

4. Select the CommCenter line, you will see a list of 3 options, select the unload -w, and press ok to confirm, the CommCenter should now be red in the list.

5. Fully restart your iPhone.

6. Open Launchctl GUI, look for the CommCenter line. It should be red if you did the above steps correctly.

7. Select the CommCenter line, you will see a list of 3 options, select the load -w, and press ok to confirm, the CommCenter should now be black in the list.

8. Press the home button. Your phone should now display 'searching' then display your network with full signal.

NOTE: Once your iPhone is working fine, open iBrickr again, go to applications, and delete the Launchctl GUI from your phone by clicking the red (-)minus buttons on the right of the screen.

I have seen this when an iPhone is unlocked with some programs.
you should have a tech restore the iPhone to it's current firmware and reunlock it. use quikpwm to jailbreak and unlock.
make sure you don;t ungrade to the current iphone firmware off itunes if your phone is unlocked.

i just purchased an unlocked i phone 1st gen and it was working fine with my tmobile carrier but all of a sudden i synced it with i tunes and now it wont let me make calls

ok thats easy now unlok ur phone wid a software clled iliberty fr dar software search on net or cntc me at [email protected] then use ur iphone easily

As you have already said your iPhone has been tampered with, you have an Unlocked iPhone which renders the warranty Void, even if you put the phone back to defaults once the iPhone is in Apple's hands the software tools they run against your phone will tell them it has been hacked and you will get no support.

try reset network setting

the turbosim you have is pre-programmed to work with uk networks, to solve this problem you'll have to purchase another pre-programmed turbosim that will work with your brazilian simcard..........check ebay!
