Some sites i click into are very small and all seem crammed in the centre of the screen, i am unable to read anything how can i get these sites back to normal on my screen
I don't know what broswer you are using? IE for example, in the top right corner of the page you see a "gear/cog" icon , open and adjust Zoom to your preference. From 100% to say 150%.That in IE9. Google Chrome is very similar. Google chrome download at: https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/ If you don't have it.

Clear cache from explorer settings and make sure you set the LAN as the default connection, and autodetect proxy. sounds like a proxy issue

Hi there
Update Java and Flash, reboot the PC and you should be good to go, if not try another browser like Mozilla Firefox 3.0
Good luck

Hi,
It's my understanding from your post that you have updated your BIOS and now the computer is not displaying anything on screen.
Remove AC power and the battery from the laptop. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Return just the AC power and turn the laptop on to see if it boots up.
If it does let it boot into Windows and then shut down the laptop. Remove AC power and insert the battery and then AC power and turn the laptop on.
Hopefully the computer will boot and your problem will be resolved.
Good luck.

OK at startup, press F8, and start the PC in SAFE mode... When at desktop start up "device manager", and remove the video card driver, and reboot.. hopefully this will "fix" your problem.
Also from SAFE mode you can choose standard VGA driver, and see if this works, if so, again it points to a driver issue.
Otherwise I think ya screen may be up for replacement.

Disable Bullguard and try again. Either open the settings and Disable the Bullguard Firewall OR uninstall it. Third party firewalls are always blocking legitimate access. Use only Windows Firewall. OR add the sites that you want access to into the allowed list on the firewall.
