I've got a quinny freestyle xl stroller by maxi cosi (model 01-980) and i'm looking for an adapter or a way to put a carseat from maxi cosi on this frame. Can you tell me were to get the adapter or how to install the carseat ? Thank you
Hi there, I've just had the same problem with a freestyle 3 xl (having lost the adapters for the dreami carrycot & maxi cosi car seat). I have been able to purchase adapters at £11 plus £3.99 postage & packaging from the Quinny UK stockists: Dorel Group UK - Telephone 020 8236 0707 Alternatively if you are not in the UK look at www.quinny.com and you should be able to find your nearest stockist. I found some on eBay. If you're in Europe, folks will most likely ship to you. If you are in the US, it might be a little more difficult to get someone to post it internationally.
If you go to the magic beans website in brighton, massachusetts they have the car seat maxi cosi for about 140-160 dollars and the adaptors are around 50 dollars or so, we are actually in the process to buy the whole bundle.

The foot rest appears to be locked in an upright position on my Maxi-Cosi baby stroller. I am unable to lower it now that my baby is bigger. Is there a trigger somewhere on the stroller that I am missing?
