The motor ground is controlled by a solid state control module called the GEM (Generic lectronic Module), it is most likey burned out by the voltage surge of the strike, it is behind the radio, about 2" square and black plastic case

Running lights wont work, bulbs are fine.

are you sure you pushed the wire connectors fully home? the alarm probably is disarmed when key in ignition, otherwise it would trigger when you want to start vehicle. The only other thing with your lights there may be a relay for that particular circuit check in the workshop manual hope this helps

97 mazda 626 wont shift from park. release button on side of shifter wont push in. removed knob, plastic rod in center wont move

The 1st thing you need to do is check the brake lights, if they are not wiorking the park lock solenoid doesn't get power and the park lock remains engaged.

There is a short somewhere in that power supply circuit. It is not going to be any fun to find and all you can do is inspect every inch of each wire.

My wipers stopped working, i dont hear the motor running when i go to turn them on either. the washer fluid still sprayes and none of the fuses are blown.

Hi sdy138, I know you said that none of the fuses are blown but did you check the METER FUSE in the passenger junction box? I assume that the passenger junction box is located under the dash on the passenger side, or behind the kick panel. If that fuse is good then it may be the high or low wiper relay. Hope this helps.

Please rate my advise.

Car wont start !!

the first idea is to look at the fuses in the fuse box after that there are relays to be found under the bonnet the relays should make a clunk when something is turned on say wipers hope this helps regards Jim
