The App Store won't let me download anything on my tablet. I am using getjar because that is what works on my tablet. How do I fix the App Store on my coby kyros tablet?

Go to the google apps store.

I have one of these tablets, but I don't use it anymore because it's too out of date, and the battery dies as soon as it's disconnected from power. You should try to find an updated version of Android OS, but not too recent, and install it. You also need to make sure you know the processor type and whether it's compatible with the OS. Once you do that, you can try to download apps from the Google Play Store, but you may have better luck with a non-google source like GetJar. Always beware of malware takeover attempts. I recommend a good anti-malware app like Kaspersky.

The default on most tablets is to install apps to internal storage so the SD card does no good by itself. You can go into Settings>Applications and change the location for each app to the SD card. Likewise anything else you put on a tablet, particularly photos and videos get stored in internal storage. If you have taken a lot of photos and videos they can fill up your storage quickly. You can change this in the Camera app by tapping the settings icon and changing the storage option to SD card. You will still need to actually move existing photos and videos to the SD card manually or copy them to external storage and delete them. I would also change the image and video resolution in Camera settings to 640x480. This is plenty good enough for pictures you just want to look at on the device or share online.

Download an app store application using the broser. By default, GetJar or Soc.io mall are installed, but you can add the Amazon app store from the applications list or download the app store from 1mobilemarket.com.

Coby no longer uses GetJar, I would download 1mobile.com's - http://www.1mobile.com they have an app store that has an updated version of Amazon App Store.

goto www.1mobile.com, install the 1mobile app and then search and install netflix. It worked on my Proscan PLt1044 with GetJar Junk loaded on it.

i reboot my device and it still won't work. it wont even let me download amazon or mobile 1 what can i do

I couldn't either! So, I uninstalled the appslib and reinstalled it and it works great now! You have to reset everything and you will lose apps I guess if you have any, I had none so this didn't affect me. If you go to Coby's website and under FAQ's it explains how to uninstall and install.
