Use the tv Vizo remote.Push the P.SIZE or VIEWMODE button on the remote change the picture sizes.

I have a 47 inch Toshiba lcd tv. I lost my remote control and am unable to change the picture size on the screen. Is there a way to change the hd settings from 480i to higher definition through my digital cable box?

Use the Picture, Zoom, or Aspect button on the TV remote to cycle through the available screen sizes. You may also be able to set screen size in a Setup-Picture (or Video) menu.

the typical power cord is usually the same kind that is plugged into your monitor right in front of you. Buy another one of those. A universal remote should work (not promising anything)
