Lost Contacts While making a call from my contacts list, I hit call and nothing happened. I thought maybe I just missed the button so I hit it again and my phone restarted and now I have no contacts. Is there a way to recover them?

try and reset the fone's calibration.. go to settings and in their check phone settings u will find a thingy called calibration select it and follow instructions...

If the code you have applied is a master reset code then there will be no way to retrieve your numbers, unless they were saved on the sim, check that the phonebook is set to 'View SIM Contacts' by Address book > Menu key > More > Settings > Memory in use > View contacts from...
It is often set to only look on the phone as default.

How to merge duplicate contacts in samsung galaxy duos S6102
Android allows users to "Join" contacts, which merges the contact details of several records into one.
To "Join" contacts using your Android device:
1. Select a contact
2. Hit Edit
3. Hit the Menu button
4. Select Join
5. Select a matching contact in your list of contacts.
6. Hit Save or Done to finish editing the contact.

I got a new lap top. I tried to sync my iphone and lost all of my contacts, photos, text, everything. what happened?
I think you zigged when you should have zagged. I think what happened in your case is you uploaded the list from your new computer to your phone. Ah, the new contact list was, well, there was nothing on the list which your phone didn't question, so it erased your contacts, etc.

Hopefully, this information still resides on your 'old' computer and you can reload it to the phone and start again.

I am sorry you lost this information and I hope you can get it back from the old computer ... give it a try

5800 camera application will not turn on tried both ways pressing the capture button and going through applications and nothing happens
i had this problem before, solved when i accidentally HARD RESET the phone.

that time, i thought the hard reset code was just soft reset, as in restarting the phone. and once i hit the #, bam! everything gone. no apps, no smses, no contacts, everything back to the beginning.

then i tried my cam, n it worked back again! so, please remember to back up ur contents b4 doing the hard reset ok? :)

i've forgotten the hard reset code. just google it will do.. good luck. :)

My inbox, drafts and contacts are completely gone! I need them back asap! There were over 200 messages in my inbox, and like 150 contacts. I need them!!!!!!!!! What happened????
Check your trash. If you did not delete the trash, you can put a check on them and send them back to the inbox. If you deleted the trash, it is gone. You can not undelete it. maybe you can contact yahoo help and support , can't rule out virus , multiple access to the account . mail is not stored on hard drive but i believe contacts are , possibly a system restore to earlier date might make the contacts reappear . just a thought .

Lost my Contact List and recent calls
well one time {i had the same fone}  my contacts started to scroll uncontrollably, like as soon as i was in "contacts" it just started scrolling down so i wen't to the verizon store and it said i had water damage so maybe that could be the case? Take the battery out of your fone and look at the little square on the back. If it is any color but purple {most likely green} that means ur fone has had water damage and that you will need it to get replaced.

Try wiping the contacts in the battery cavity with a q-tip soaked with an electrical contact cleaner. Make sure the cleaner does not melt plastic. (Rub it on the side of the battery cavity.) Also clean your battery contacts.
