SOURCE: Will this CPU be compatible with this MOBO?

Okay your Processor is not supported by your System Board. I will take some time and look to see what would be a good upgrade, but it may take a few days.

SOURCE: with asus m4a785-m motherboard and amd phenom x4

Hmm, I've never seen a computer give a CPU fan error. Maybe if the fan is really dusty it's clogging it up, try getting some canned air and spraying it out.

Why is pcouffin device for amd 64 bit systems showing up on my ASUS Laptop running Windows 7 64-bit with an intel dual-core i5 chipset?

It is a low level driver for CD's and DVD's supplied as part of some softwares.
See this page for ore information.
What is Pcouffin

It is not a virus, but check the file sizes mentioned. The message is misleading as it means X64 systems, not just AMD.

Which is the perfect OS x86 or x64 for intel core i3 cpu 530 @ 293 ghz

The i3 cpu is a 64 bit processor, therefore it will suit 64 bit Windows OS.

Just built new computer using an ASUS Z8PE-D12 motherboard. When I power it up, it keeps wanting to flash the bios. I just had to replace an identical motherboard doing the same thing. Removed all...

z8 is nice, I know for sure,
Z8PE-D12 the dual xenon server grade mobo, like my z600 works station has but HP made.
let me guess both boards never worked for you and you bought them on fleabay, and are DOA? that it, what is the story here.

Let me guess more, (no history at all)
you just put in a new CPU, xeon, ?
well if you did and
1: it is not support, it will do that.
2: or it needs flashed bios to support newer xeons.
3; no you can not run all xeon's made in this mobo ever.
first off put only one xeon the primary socket.
and only ram for just it.
then at ausu we site makes sure you are using the right xeons first.

the correct path is with working xeon, flash the bios.
then upgrade xeons last.
ok?
5500 series processor
1366 socket
Six-Core/Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® X5600 Series (130W)
Six-Core/Quad-Core/Dual Core Intel® Xeon® E5600/E5500 Series (80W)
Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® W5500 Series (130W)
Dual Core/Six-Core/Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® L5600/L5500 Series (60W/40W/38W)
Six-Core/Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® X5600/X5500 Series (95W)
here is the offical list.
newest BIOS is 1401
i bet yours is super old bios and not stated, or what xeons you have.
as you can see it is not trivial this topic.

https://www.asus.com/Commercial-Servers-Workstations/Z8PED12/HelpDesk_CPU/

it seems owning just 1
Dual-Core Intel Xeon E5502
as cheap as $5 60 on fleabay will allow flashing this mobo firmware, worst case.

I have a Question for upgrading my machine. I havent had the chance to dabble with Dual-Processors.... This will be my first time. Q: Is it possible to utilize a Xeon 2.66GHz x3330 Processor and a Pentium...

You can only mix the same family processors with different stepping and speed. Pentium D is not in the same family as a Xeon. So no, you can not. For as long as the processors are in the same family, you can mix dual core with quad core and even different speed.

E2180 Vs Athlon 64 X2 5000+

depends on what you plan to do with the cpu amd are good but a 3200 may only run @ 1.8 to 3.2 ghz depending while a intel 3200 will run 3.2 ghz.
I believe intel are more stable & run cooler than AMD but AMD benchmarks on Games better but run hotter (so get a good cooling fan & heatsink both pentium / celeron d & intel dou / dual core / core 2 dou and amd x2 have 2 cores (but watch your front side bus and cache the higher the better but the more $ also) then You need a good stable mobo that supports the chip you get (I preffer asus & msi for Gamers and biostar / msi for home users)

Raid sys on p5k/epu

You are correct. The Asus P5K does support SATA RAID configuration. Page 4-14 in the user manual.
Congifuration [Enhanced]. Only real option is IDE. That does not mean the SATA drives will run like an IDE. The SATA's will function faster. In order to get RAID function you would need to have bought the Asus P5K Deluxe. http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?modelname=P5K%20Deluxe/WiFi-AP&SLanguage=en-us
