Ts may or may not work for you but my father in law has a Vizio 50 inch TV. To switch from TV to DVD player and back, he has to use the "function" button on the remote. If he had internet access, he would have to use the function button for that too. Good luck.
what the message is telling you is to select the input source to use AV channel selection ( AV 1--AV 2--AV 3 etc )
antenna - dvd player , gaming console etc
I have a new 50 inch TV put my TVs says no signal only have one cable going in the back of the TVs my outside Ariel also got 4/1 remote control with it TVs won't work.can you help
It has to be on the right channel. If you are supposed to be on channel 3, 61, 73, 113 (ask the satellite company which one you should be on) then you'll have to change the channel. If you are not supposed to be on a channel you have to find out which input you're supposed to be on (video 1, video 2, video 3, av 1, av 2, av 3, hdmi 1, hdmi 2, input 1, input 2, input 3 for example).
Does it work if you switch the source using the buttons on the TV itself, as opposed to on the remote? I have the same problem with my 30-inch Samsung HDTV, and it's infuriating. (It's why I found this; I was wondering if there was a hack to allow it to work.)
You didn"t say already working in AV mode or not. Suppose if it is worked means this is the simple one just change programme (-) button in TV front panel till becomes 1 or 0. After 1 or 0 again you press down the same button you get AV mode. Even you won"t get try in menu features to change AV mode. Even you won"t get there is a problem in Micom section. Technical persons only sort out your problem by changing EEPROM ic. I hope the above information is useful to you.
