the phone has reached end of its life span, that's why it is asking you to "contact service". Contact service actually means, contact the manufacturer (Nokia). The phone's operating system is affected and cannot boot.

Hi, when specific numbers on your phone does not work, means that an
IC inside the phone that controls that particular keys is bad and it
needs to be replaced for it to be able to work well.
You can take
it either to any nokia store or any phone repair store around you for
them to change the IC.
First thing I want to say that nokia 7310 has s40 operating system, which not support any virus file, hence there is no any virus in your mobile.
for Format(Reset) the mobile enter the code *#7780# it will ask for security code, enter your mobile's security code(Default nokia security code is 12345), now your mobile reset. it is done.
