I hate to say it but your camera needs to be serviced. Might not be worth the repair. Try to take it to a local repair center that would offer you a free estimate....

SOURCE: never got a manual for samsung s860 digital camera

i cant upload photos in my computer as my camera when connected to the computer is showing CONNECTING COMPUER , then making 3 buzzing sounds and getting switched off instantly.

Camera will not turn on. it shut down when turn power on. is it iossible it's the battery
I know exactly the model, but may be a bug that needs reset, see the Internet, in a similar model is to get the Fimrware, download to the SD card and do what follows.
1. Turn on the Camera

Press and hold the Up button and the Shutter button (S2) simultaneously and then press the Power button to
turn it off.
Turn on the camera and check whether the camera is reset or not.

This is a lastset upgrade and full firmware for S860 camera.
(UP/FULL ver. 803141)
- Improvement -

1. How to UPGRADE firmware(Upgrade version)
-.Insert the SD card that has the firmware attached file.(file name : "S483.ELF")
-.Turn on the camera and press the Up button twice to select the Voice recording mode.
-.Press the 5 function button as following order. (Left button -> Right button -> Up button -> Fn button)
-.After pressing the buttons, Firmware upgrading is shown on the LCD and then the firmware will be upgraded.
-.After upgrading the firmware, the camera will be turned off automatically.
