go to the help section and follow the instructions. you may need another email account that has nothing to do with fb to get the reset details sent to. they may ask for photo id or passport photo. also, make sure you capitalise your name when asking fb anything about your account re-setting stuff or they cant find you ;)
Go to the forgot password link and enter your email address which you used when signed up.after that check your email they will send you new password.try login using it.if its not work than make new account with new email id ,when you filled up sign-up form than save your page with details you entered so you can remember it for long time.now log-in to your account using new email id and password.

you would have been given the mail id while signing up the face book,after finishing the sign up go to your mail and check a official invitation of confirmation from FACE BOOK, follow the steps->click some link to activate the account work over your account will be activated.
