It's been acting up, it had the red triangle in the upper left corner, now it won't even stay on!!
When i turn on my samsung phone it only say samsung and stay like that can u help me
Try to hard reset it, may be it’s software stucks between downloading or updating.

Hi I had this too.
You need to put your finger the triangles, you'll see a grey tab appear under your fingure. Drag this tab down to show on full screen. Now you will be in notification section. You can now deal with your problem. it is telling you download unsucessful or not enough storange on the phone. Dont ask for it to install.

You may have a bad sim card. You should get another phone and call the company. You may have to give them the serial numbers from the sim again so they can reset it or they may have to send you another sim card.

As soon as you click on the edit button, you will see a red colored icon on the installed apps.
Click on the red remove icon on the installed apps to uninstall them. Once you are done uninstalling the apps, click "Done" on the top left corner of the screen.
That's it you are done with the process of uninstalling apps in Samsung phone.
