I have a Sony Home Theatre System - Model: DAV-DZ120K//CE12. Its been more than a year since I purchased. Recently, I observed that whe a CD is inserted and closed, the CD tray automaticallt opens. When in the tray, it shows no disc. Please guide what is the course of action to be followed.
Please clean tray loading section and specially loading belt. This cleaning will required to apart unit. If you are familiar with such kind of job, go ahead or ask help of local tech.
You can try to clean optical lens by lens-cleaning cd. Still no joy? let me know to help you more.

Dear Shahid, i came to this post while searching for my similar problem with Sony DVD Home theatre system. When the disc is inserted the tray automatically opens. The same happens with the lens Cleaning cd.
