HI. Let's start with the DE code. A DE Error Code is an indication of a "Door Error". This indicates that the washing machine door is not shutting, locking or opening. I would recommend to try the troubleshooting chart That I have included, below this text. This will help isolate the issue so that it may be repaired.
Concerning the PF code; This code concerns the nature of the power stream that is fed to the unit when attached to its respective source. If this stream is interrupted or abruptly cut off for some reason, this will cause this code to appear. The DE code may have caused this false reading.
I would suggest on focusing on the main culprit; Which is the door switch assembly or wiring connections.

Hi The "PF" error code that appears in an LG Tromm washer has experienced a power failure. To clear the error, simply restart the washer cycle. Please check this official website link of LG thoroughly to get a detailed idea about the error:- http://lgknowledgebase.com/kb/index.php?View=entry&EntryID=6333 Please get back to us if you have further query else please accept the suggestion.
Also make sure the entire plug in wire connectors are making a positive grab on the main control board and also the unbalanced sensor.
