How to obtain code for ATSC tuner activation for westinghouse LD2240

There is no such thing. You either have an ATSC tuner in your set or you don't. They are in all sets today if you bought a new one. If your using an outside antenna, that's what that tuner takes care of for you.
Maybe if you explain further the problem you are having I can supply you with the answer.

Westinghouse.com/support then go down and click tuner activation put your serial number in to your right and hit enter and you got a code
