I have installed the drivers for both my canon imagerunner 3220 and my 3300 but i still cannot print to it or scan from it. I have the network cables connected... I can ping it do i have the right drivers i running vista on and xp in my office

Have you set ip address on both machine try using dhcp to setup automatically

Enter the device IP into your web browser. This shoudl load its web management interface. If it does not, you have an IP connectivity issue. You must power cycle the unit after changing IP settings.

press additional functions, report settings, network, user data list, yes. Check to see if DHCP is enabled. If it is, the IP displayed in the report may not be correct. DHCP should be off in most cases. Verify IP shown here.

Double check for link lights on the network cable.
